Adjust forecast for 2 panels

I have been using the Public Account for 2 panels facing southwest and northeast for a year now.

Due to the new 'adjust forecast' option, I would like to subscribe to the Personal account.

However, I have the problem that the inverter only provides the current total production of both panels. What should the URL look like?
