How to subscribe for private plan?!

Hey,

can someone please help me how to subscribe for one of the the private plans?

I only find the link to subscribe for the professional plan, which is not working by the way ( PayPal tells me: Leider ist ein Systemfehler aufgetreten. Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.).
